Prepare the Mushrooms
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Clean the portabella mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems.

Marinate
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Brush this mixture over both sides of the mushrooms.

Bake
Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet, gill side up. Sprinkle the chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese on top. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
