Directions

1

Preparing the Lobsters

Fill a large pot with water and add sea salt. The water should taste like the ocean. Bring the water to a rolling boil.

2

Cooking the Lobsters

Carefully add the live lobsters to the boiling water headfirst. Cover the pot and start timing. Boil for 8-10 minutes for the first lobster, and add an additional 2-3 minutes for each additional lobster.

3

Checking for Doneness

The lobsters are done when their shells turn bright red and the meat is opaque. Remove the lobsters from the pot and place them in a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process.

4

Serving

Melt the unsalted butter in a small saucepan. Serve the lobsters with melted butter, lemon wedges, and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
