Directions

1

Prepare the Lobster Tails

Begin by preheating your grill or oven to medium-high heat. Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top shell of the lobster tails down the center to expose the meat.

2

Make the Butter Mixture

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.

3

Grill the Lobster Tails

Brush the lobster meat generously with the garlic butter mixture. Place the lobster tails on the grill or in the oven, meat side up. Grill for about 6-8 minutes or until the meat is opaque and cooked through, basting with more butter halfway through.

4

Garnish and Serve

Remove the lobster tails from the grill or oven. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately with the remaining garlic butter on the side.
