Preparation
Cook the Shrimp
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the peeled and deveined shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
Prepare the Vegetables
In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, finely chopped jalapeños, diced avocado, chopped cilantro, and finely chopped onion.
Mix the Cocktail Sauce
