Cook the Peppers and Tomatoes
In a mixing bowl, toss the sweet bell peppers and sungold tomatoes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill or sauté them for about 5-7 minutes until blistered and tender. Set aside.
Make the Harissa Jus
In a small saucepan, combine the harissa paste with 1 cup of water or beef broth. Simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until slightly thickened.
Serve the Dish
Slice the Wagyu bavette against the grain and arrange it on a serving plate. Top with the blistered peppers and tomatoes, drizzle with harissa jus, and garnish with fresh parsley.
