Prepare the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the fresh mint leaves gently to release their oil.
Mix the Ingredients
Add Seedlip Garden, charred citrus cordial, lime juice, simple syrup, and ice to the shaker.
Shake Well
Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
Garnish and Serve
Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve immediately.
