Apple Juice (2 Servings)
Orange Juice (2 Servings)
Raspberry Juice (1-2 Servings)

Method
Pina Colada (Single Serving)
- 1
Blend
Place fresh pineapple chunks, coconut cream, ice, sugar (or simple syrup) and lime juice into a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30–45 seconds. If too thick, add 1–2 tablespoons water and blend again.
- 2
Taste and adjust sweetness or coconut. Serve immediately in a chilled glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge if desired.
Papaya Juice (1-2 Servings)
- 3
Prepare and Blend
Place chopped papaya, water or coconut water, lime juice, and honey into a blender. Blend until fully smooth, about 30 seconds. If the papaya is very ripe and watery, reduce added water.
- 4
Strain through a fine-mesh sieve for a smoother juice (optional). Serve chilled over ice.
Apple Juice (2 Servings)
- 5
- 6
If blended, strain the puree through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth, pressing with a spatula to extract as much liquid as possible. Chill and serve over ice.
Orange Juice (2 Servings)
- 7
Juice Fresh
Segment or halve the oranges and juice using a citrus juicer or by hand, pressing to extract maximum juice. If juice is very pulpy, strain through a sieve or leave as-is for more texture.
- 8
If desired, thin with up to 1/4 cup cold water to reach preferred consistency. Serve immediately for best flavor.
Raspberry Juice (1-2 Servings)
- 9
Simmer & Mash (for fresh/frozen berries)
Combine raspberries and 1/2 cup water in a small saucepan. Bring to a gentle simmer for 2–3 minutes to soften berries, then remove from heat.
- 10
Mash the berries with a fork or potato masher, then strain through a fine-mesh sieve, pressing to extract juice. Stir in sugar/simple syrup if needed. Chill and serve over ice.
Pineapple Juice (2 Servings)
- 11
- 12
Strain blended puree through a fine-mesh sieve for a clearer juice, or serve as a pulpy juice. Chill and serve over ice.
Cranberry Juice (2 Servings)
- 13
- 14
From Fresh Cranberries
If using fresh cranberries, simmer cranberries with 1 cup water for 8–10 minutes until they burst. Mash, then strain through a fine-mesh sieve pressing solids to extract juice. Sweeten to taste and chill.
V-8 Style Vegetable Juice (2 Servings)
- 15
Blend or Combine Juices
If you have fresh-pressed carrot and beet juice, combine with tomato juice in a large measuring cup or pitcher. If not, blend chopped carrot, beet and a splash of water and strain, then combine with tomato juice.
- 16
Add chopped celery (you can juice or finely grate and strain), lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt and black pepper. Stir well, taste and adjust seasoning. Chill before serving. Serve over ice or room temperature.
