1

Prepare glass

Choose a large wine glass (or a rocks glass if preferred). Fill the glass generously with ice so the drink stays chilled and slightly diluted as you assemble it.

2

Add Aperol and Cointreau

Pour 2 oz Aperol into the iced glass, then add 0.5 oz Cointreau. The Cointreau adds an orange-citrus depth to complement Aperol's bitterness.

3

Add Prosecco

Slowly pour 3 oz chilled Prosecco into the glass. Pouring gently helps preserve bubbles and creates a nice layered look. Do not stir vigorously.

4

Top with soda

Add 1 oz chilled soda water to the top to give the spritz its characteristic light effervescence. Adjust the soda slightly to taste if you prefer a lighter or stronger spritz.

5

Garnish and serve

Give the drink one gentle stir (about 1–2 rotations) to integrate the ingredients without flattening the bubbles. Garnish with 1 fresh orange slice on the rim or inside the glass. Serve immediately while cold and fizzy.
