Affogato Directions
1. Prepare the Espresso
Brew 1 cup of espresso using your preferred method (espresso machine, stovetop, etc.). Set aside.
2. Serve the Gelato
In a serving glass or bowl, add 2 cups of vanilla gelato.
3. Add the Chocolate
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of grated Guanaja chocolate over the gelato.
4. Add the Hazelnuts
Top the gelato with 2 tablespoons of chopped hazelnuts.
5. Pour the Espresso
Finally, pour the hot espresso over the gelato and toppings just before serving.
