Strawberry Shake

Enjoy a creamy and refreshing regular-sized strawberry shake made with ripe strawberries and smooth vanilla ice cream.

Select and harvest the best Riesling grapes. Ensure they are ripe and free from any mold or rot.

In a clean fermentation vessel, crush the grapes to release their juice. This can be done by hand or using a wine press.

Add 2 cups of water to the crushed grapes to help with fermentation.

Stir in 1 cup of sugar and 1 tsp of acid blend to the mixture to balance the flavor.

Dissolve 1 Campden tablet in a small amount of water and add it to the mixture to kill any wild yeast and bacteria.

After 24 hours, sprinkle 1 tsp of yeast over the grape mixture (do not stir) and let it sit for 15 minutes before gently mixing it in.

Cover the fermentation vessel with a cloth and allow the mixture to ferment in a cool, dark place for about 1-2 weeks. Stir daily.

Once fermentation slows down (bubbles are less frequent), siphon the wine into another clean vessel, leaving sediment behind.

Attach an airlock to the secondary vessel and let it ferment for another 4-6 weeks until fermentation is complete.

Once fermentation is complete, siphon the wine into sterilized bottles, leaving some space at the top. Seal the bottles with corks.

Store the bottles in a cool, dark place to age for at least 6 months for optimal flavor development.
