Prepare the Chicken
In a small bowl, mix paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, white pepper, and crushed green peppercorns. Rub the spice blend generously over the chicken breasts and season with salt.
Cook the Chicken
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked through. Remove from skillet and let rest before slicing.
Cook the Pappardelle
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add pappardelle pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Make the Five Pepper Cream Sauce
In the same skillet used for the chicken, reduce heat to medium and add minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and cook until the sauce thickens, about 3-5 minutes. Season with salt to taste.
