1. Prepare the Ingredients
If you haven't done so, roast the red bell peppers until charred, then peel and remove seeds. Toast the walnuts in a dry skillet until fragrant, about 5 minutes.
2. Blend the Mixture
In a food processor, combine the roasted red peppers, toasted walnuts, isot chili, garlic, pomegranate molasses, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt.
3. Process Until Smooth
Blend the mixture until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. Adjust seasoning with more salt or pomegranate molasses if desired.
4. Serve
Transfer the Muhammara to a serving bowl. Drizzle with extra olive oil and garnish with additional walnuts or pomegranate seeds if desired.
