Prepare the Glass
Moisten the rim of a glass with a lime wedge and dip it into salt to coat the rim.
Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the jalapeño-infused tequila, fresh grapefruit juice, fresh lime juice, and agave syrup.
Shake
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice.
Garnish
Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim of the glass.
