Measure tequila
Pour 60 ml tequila into a shaker.

Add lime juice
Add 30 ml fresh lime juice to the shaker.

Add pineapple syrup
Pour 30 ml pineapple syrup into the shaker.

Add chiltepin
Crush 0.25 tsp chiltepin and add to the shaker.

Add ice
Add 1 cup ice to the shaker.

Shake
Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until well-chilled.

Strain and serve
Strain into a chilled glass and serve straight up or over fresh ice.
