Step 1
Fill a tall glass with ice to chill and create a cold base.
Step 2
Pour 60 ml Monterosa vermouth and 15 ml fresh lemon juice over the ice.
Step 3
Top with 120 ml ginger beer. If a cola-esque finish is desired, add 15 ml cola and stir gently.
Step 4
Gently stir to combine, then garnish with a lemon wheel or twist. Serve immediately.
