Brewing method

1

Prepare equipment

Pre-warm a teapot or cup with hot water to help maintain temperature during brewing.

2

Measure tea

Add 5 g Chinese black tea leaves, 5 g Indian black tea leaves, and 5 g Ceylon black tea leaves to an infuser or teapot (total 15 g).

3

Boil water

Bring 1000 ml of fresh water to a full boil (100°C / 212°F).

4

Steep

Pour the boiling water over the tea leaves. Steep for 4-5 minutes for a full-bodied cup; adjust to 5-6 minutes for stronger depth.

5

Finish and serve

Pour the tea through a strainer into cups. Serve hot and enjoy the robust, well-rounded flavor with notes of malt and caramel.

6

Optional adjustments

If desired, add milk, sugar, or a dash of honey to taste.
