Prepare the Ingredients
Start by gathering all the ingredients listed. Peel the kiwi and cut it into quarters.
Muddle the Kiwi
In a cocktail shaker, add the quartered kiwi. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to mash the kiwi until it’s well crushed and juices are released.
Add Remaining Ingredients
To the muddled kiwi, add the Tito’s Vodka, St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur, pineapple juice, lime juice, and simple syrup.
Add Ice
Fill the shaker with ice cubes to the top.
Shake the Mixture
Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until the outside of the shaker is cold.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass. You can use a fine mesh strainer to catch any kiwi pulp if desired.
Garnish
Garnish the drink with a slice of kiwi and a lime wheel on the rim of the glass.
