Preparation

1

Cook the Jasmine Rice

Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear. In a saucepan, combine the rinsed rice and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes or until all the water is absorbed. Remove from heat and let it sit covered for an additional 10 minutes.

2

Marinate the Tuna

While the rice is cooking, cut the yellowfin tuna into small cubes. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, and chopped green onions. Add the tuna cubes and gently toss to coat. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.

3

Prepare the Toppings

Rehydrate the wakame seaweed in warm water for about 10 minutes, then drain and chop if necessary. Slice the avocado into thin slices.

4

Build Your Poké Bowl

In a serving bowl, place a generous scoop of jasmine rice as the base. Top with marinated tuna, wakame, avocado slices, and edamame. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for garnish.
