Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Plantation Pineapple Rum, Appleton Estate 8 Year Rum, coconut cream, matcha powder, and lime juice.
Shake
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Strain
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish
Optionally, garnish with a lime wheel or a sprinkle of matcha on top.
