Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Rinse the baby back ribs under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs if it's still attached.

2

Season and Sauce

Rub the ribs with salt and pepper to taste. Place them on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Brush the ribs generously with Korean BBQ sauce, ensuring they are well coated.

3

Bake the Ribs

Cover the ribs with another piece of aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 2.5 to 3 hours until they are tender.

4

Finish on the Grill

Once the ribs are tender, preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove the ribs from the oven and discard the foil. Brush the ribs with more BBQ sauce and grill for about 5-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they caramelize and get a nice char.

5

Garnish and Serve

Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. Slice the ribs and serve them topped with sesame seeds, chopped fresh cilantro, sliced green onions, and wonton crisps for added crunch.
