Build & Shake
Discard the ice water from the chilled glass. In a cocktail shaker, add 1.5 oz Enemigo Blanco 55, 0.5 oz Midori, 0.5 oz Montenegro Amaro, 0.25 oz Yellow Chartreuse, 0.5 oz fresh lime juice, 0.25 oz simple syrup, and 2 dashes Sichuan bitters. Fill the shaker with ice (about 3/4 full). Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds until well chilled and slightly frothy.
- 3
Double Strain & Serve
Strain the cocktail through a fine mesh strainer into the chilled coupe or Nick & Nora glass to remove ice shards and any pulp. This yields a bright, clear presentation and smooth texture.
- 4
Garnish & Finish
Express a lime wheel over the drink to release oils, then drop it in as a garnish or neatly place a thin cucumber ribbon along the inside rim for an herbaceous contrast. Optionally, add one extra drop of Sichuan bitters on top for aroma if desired.

Notes
Adjust sweetness: if the Midori and Montenegro make the drink too sweet, reduce simple syrup to 0.125 oz or increase lime to 0.75 oz. Yellow Chartreuse is potent—do not substitute with green unless you want a much more herbal profile.
