Chicken Wings
Method
Preparation and Cooking
Prepare the Chicken Wings
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
Make the Coating
In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
Coat the Wings
Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the flour mixture.
Bake the Wings
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the coated chicken wings in a single layer on the rack. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through.
Sauce the Wings
Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and toss them in your choice of sauce until well coated. Serve immediately.
