Method
Prepare the Burger Patty

Mix Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Shape Patties
Form the mixture into two equal-sized patties, about 3/4 inch thick.

Cook Patties
Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your preferred doneness.

Melt Cheese
During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of Muenster cheese on each patty to melt.
Prepare the Aioli

Combine Ingredients
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ale mustard, chopped parsley, chives, and minced garlic.

Mix Well
Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
Assemble the Burger

Toast Buns
Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

Spread Aioli
Spread a generous amount of the ale mustard & herb aioli on the bottom half of each bun.

Add Burger Patty
Place a cooked burger patty on top of the aioli on each bun.

Add Toppings
Top with baby greens, sliced tomato, pickles, and shaved red onion.

Complete Assembly
Cover with the top half of the bun and serve immediately.
