Lemonade Preparation
1. Juicing the Lemons
Cut the fresh lemons in half and juice them until you have approximately 1 cup of lemon juice.
2. Mixing the Ingredients
In a large pitcher, combine the lemon juice, granulated sugar, and 2 cups of water. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.
3. Adding Water
Add the remaining 2 cups of water to the pitcher and stir well to combine.
4. Chilling
Refrigerate the lemonade for at least 30 minutes to chill.
5. Serving
Serve the lemonade over ice cubes and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
