Caramelize the Pineapple

In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the fresh pineapple and sprinkle with brown sugar. Cook until the pineapple is golden and caramelized, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

Mix the Cocktail

In a cocktail shaker, combine premium vodka, peach puree, Grand Marnier, and peach schnapps. Fill the shaker with ice, cover, and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
