A light white made by Cellardoor with locally grown grapes, with a slightly dry finish

Prior to making The Tower, chill the white wine in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to ensure a refreshing drink.

Chill the Ingredients

Select a tall glass or wine glass for serving. Fill it with ice cubes to keep the drink cold.

Prepare the Glass

In a mixing jug, pour in the chilled white wine, soda water, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup. Stir gently to combine all the flavors without losing the fizz.

Combine Ingredients

Gently muddle the fresh mint leaves in the glass with the ice to release their aromatic oils before pouring the mixture over them.

Add Mint

Add a couple of lemon slices to the drink for a zesty aroma and finish it off with a mint sprig on top for a fresh presentation.
